Having 4.5 years of experience in the areas of quality control in Piping , Welding Non-destructive testing .

Doha, Qatar.
Client : Chiyoda Technip Joint Venture (CTJV)
Position : QA/QC Inspector (Welding /Piping Inspector)
Project : Ras Gas Expansion Project (Train 6, 7 & AKG-2)
Location : Ras Laffan Industrial City. Doha, Qatar.
Duration : December-2007 to Till now
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing the welders for the welder qualification test as per the procedure.
• Carry out dimensional & weld visual inspection of on-site fabricated pipe spools.
• Review of NDT Reports, PWHT Charts and Inter Pass Temperature Charts.
• Witnessing PMI, HYDRO TEST and PNEUMATIC TEST.
• Monitor welds activities as per the WPS and company standards.
• Knowledge of GTAW, SMAW, and SAW welding process
• Monitor the welder's performance and control welder rejection rate by the proper education to welders.
• Reporting to my superior regarding welder performance and welding activities.
• Reporting to the NDT coordinator for the NDT after visual inspection has finished.
• Maintaining the inspection report for future needs.
