With a diploma in applied Science Radiography and Various NDT onshore experience.
Mainly in Industrial Radiography my main focus was on pipeline work. I have Experience in Mechanics, Hydraulics and some Electrical, as well as radiation Safety together with maturity and common sense. This combined with small business management training, reasonable computer skills and a proactive nature gives me a solid operational base.
Offshore:
ROV
Various ROV industry experience includes, Asia, the Australian Sector and the Middle East, fulfilling the various roles in ROV while utilising Work Class and Inspection Class ROVs. Project experience, includes, construction,drill support and inspection as well as working with SAT divers.
NDT.
NDT and Radiation work experience with radio isotope FMD using SureFlood Software and an ROV mounted FMD system.
CURRENT FOCUS 3.4U Subsea Inspection.
Subsea inspection and control utilising Air and Surface Mixed Gas diving ops around inspection of 3, 4 and 6 leg platforms, as well as Rig entry and seabed survey using divers and RVO. Wellhead, MDB and chain inspection experience using ROV and Divers.This included every aspect from scheduling, planning and preparation to report writing, and included all the usual inspection modalities (i.e. MPI, CVI, GVI, CP, UTM, FMD,& MG.) along with the collation and presentation of reports.
Pipeline inspection experience includes the use of various software including VisualSoft and StarFix. With experience, both online eventing , offline processing , I am comfortable with both ROV and Diving operations .I look forward to a varied career in offshore sub-sea Inspection.
It is hoped that broadening industry experience will combine with my life skills in a career path towards senior inspector and client representative in the future.
