• Giant-Ciniza Refinery (Gallup, NM)-PetroChem Inspection Services June 2006-September 2007: M.I. Project Manager-Extensive responsibilities included maintaining a seven-figure budget, The hiring, firing, and supervision of 6-12 employees, Creating and maintaining a cohesive customer/client relationship with supervising a broad range of Inspection/NDE services, Tracking VQA inspectors on the repair or new-constructed equipment at various facilities across the country for the client. Circuitizing and systemizing piping derived from existing P&ID’s, Teaching employees isometric drafting and my subsequent approval of those drawings, Assigning TML’s and visual inspection to plant-wide piping and equipment, The QC’ing of the autocad drawings derived from the field sketches and the final assessment of the visual and UltraPipe reports.
