Ultrasound: Pulse echo, Through Transmission, MIA (mechanical impedence analysis), Bondmaster, Bondoscope, Tap test, Argus machines, Flat bed scanners, MAUS systems, and worked with different materials such as metal bond, composite, composite/core, metal bond/core, etc.

Eddy Current: Surface crack inspection, Thickness, Conductivity, Bolt hole inspection, Cold hole work, etc.

M14 – Process & Fabrication Inspector - I use new phased array technology to inspect the new 787 section 41 (fuselage) on the IML (inner mold line) testing the stringers for voids, delaminations, and F.O.D. I also assist with any repairs and/or hand scanning that is necessary to complete the job.

Non-Destructive Testing Inspector- I run the many different processes used in reference to specifications and techniques that are used for multiple companies. I am currently running a Gantry using through transmission to scan parts for voids such as air pockets or lack of adhesive, I also perform A-scan, and have used a bond master and resonance testing.
