SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Having more then 12 years experience in Oil and Gas field especially in QAQC department with involvement in welding supervision, coordination and inspection, NDT and blasting painting inspection with experience in Structurals, Pipings, Mechanical and Pipelines Onshore and Offshore in Oil & Gas Construction, fabrication/installation of Jackets, Modules, Living Quarters, Storage Tanks, Loading Facilities, Deep Water pipelines, Refurbishment and Reactivation of Vessels, Converstion FPSO and other related activities. Has worked to various International codes and standards eg. AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, API 1104 ,DNV OS F101 and many others.
Has resumed roles with Main-contractors, Project Management Consultant and as Client Representative in various local and international projects where throughout the period has performed the following activities:-
 Inspection and monitoring of steel structure, piping fabrication and pipeline activities done by Contractor such as material inspection, receipt, TKY joints marking and traceability during construction.
 Inspection and monitoring of fabrication activities in relation to fit ups, alignment and distortion of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary structures and review of dimensional survey report.
 Inspection and monitoring of carbon steel (API 5L Gr B, ASTM A105, A106), low temperature (ASTM A333), Cu-Ni (UNS 70600), Stainless Steel (ASTM A312 TP316L), Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTMA790 UNS32750) and Super Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A790 S32760) pipe spool fabrication and installation in relation to fit ups, dimensions, alignments, and distortion.
 Inspection and monitoring of welding activities in relation to project, verification of welding process (Automatic weld, SMAW ,GMAW, TIG, etc) consumable control, welders qualification, correct application of weld procedures, pre heat and PWHT (prior, during and after welding).
 Surveillance to ensure correct application of NDT on both Structural and Piping. Review of NDT reports and interpreted radiographs.
 Witnessed and monitoring Automatic Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) activities and reports
 Confirmation of finished weld profiles and releases of sub assemblies for subsequent release to painting or installation.
 Witness of Hydrostatic tests – flushing, testing, drying, reinstatement, pigging, chemical cleaning as required.

 Inspection and monitoring of Blasting and Painting activities – monitoring of weather condition (RH, dew point, steel temperature), surface profile/cleanliness, paint mixing/application, WFT/DFT check and visual inspection.
 Monitoring FJC (Field Joint Coating) for surface preparation, steel substrate temperature and steel preheat temperature, surface profile cleanliness and roughness as client specification, monitoring relative humidity, monitoring overall thickness dry film thickness after FBE, water quenching, monitoring salt test as client specification, monitoring and inspected holiday testing after coating completed by holiday detector and visual examination, monitor coating repair followed the project procedure and client specification
 Surveillance and inspection of Architectural and Insulation works for structural and Piping. Included fabrication and requirement for Living Quarters.
 Day to day interface with Contractors inspection, Supervisory and Engineering and QAQC Department..
 Ensure that all inspection activities are carried out in line with agreed Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) and all works are in compliance with standards and procedures
