Mr. Horacek has 4 decades of expertise as a resident project representative as a field inspector / technician / land surveyor on various water, wastewater, commercial, residential, and public works projects. His responsibilities included but not limited to civil / mechanical inspections, monitoring and testing of paving, concrete placement, various backfill, moisture vapor testing, post-tension cable elongation inspections, masonry rebar inspections, caisson and other special inspections
