service providers(NDT sub-con) at specified points and review of records and results
to verify conformance to the approve Quality plan and Project’s Specification

• Direct Supervision to all NDT service providers for the progressive NDT daily
Activities and contractor’s NDT coordinators for the NDT program on a daily basis.

and piping),Area safety personnel, and client’s representatives for the NDT program
and schedule.
• Responsible for the selection of all NDT requirements from Daily to weekly production
Joints as per quality plan., selection of welders tracers(penalties)
• Review of all NDT Requirements in Progress Control System, to ensure the adequacy
of NDT examination reports and monitoring all the pending NDT requests to avoid
backlog.
• Responsible for the Control of all NDT reports, Films and assessments for the
accessible and complete traceability for clients audit and review purposes.
• Preparation of films for final review and assessment.
• Preparation of tracing paper as for repair joints defect reference.

DUTIES:
• Responsible for all NDT activities in field, including all Tie-in joints.
• Control of all NDT personnel qualifications and Approved Procedures of NDT subcon.
• Fully aware on all NDT requirements and NDT status of every sub contractor
especially on all NDT outstanding(backlog)
• Responsible for all NDT requests that are given and distributed to all NDT
subcontractors, which are automatically selected by the Welding Control System.
• Program and arrangement of NDT technicians and crews for NDT examination by
locations with regards to safety and priorities.
• Physical monitoring of ongoing NDT examination in work sites
• Coordination with the clients (Inspection and Management team) for any request of
inspection and witness of any NDT examinations.
• Responsible for the results of all NDT activities and for entry to the welding control
system ,control of all NDT reports and miscellaneous as for traceability. prior to
clients review and assessment.

drawings and welding reports submitted by welding inspectors.

of any discrepancies’ such as reshot and repairs.
• Ensure the 100% traceability of all ndt documents such as reports and requests.
