Quality Inspection, Operations, production,
man-
management, co-ordination with maintenance group.
Undertook Commissioning and Stabilization
of
production in new manufacturing facility for electro-welded
precision tubes for optimized production in all three
shifts.
Coordinated with production and quality
team for
TPM implementation to successfully minimize metallurgical
losses.
Implementation of lean manufacturing
practices -5S,
Kanban, Kaizen, weekly quality circle meetings
Undertook Root Cause Analysis and
resolution of
Customer complaints/Production bottlenecks through
material/metallurgical test analysis.
Various stage inspections of pipes produced

the specification requirements..
Co-ordination for conducting client & Third

Interpretation of radiography Films & making
