Worked turnarounds, petrochemical and refinery, machine
shops and fabrication shops for Capitol Ultrasonic
performing remote visual testing, magnetic particle,
penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiographic
testing on plate, piping, towers, vessels, pumps, valves,
nozzles, TKY joints, fillet welds, and complete joint
penetration welds working to ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, Section
III, and AWS D1.1, API 1104.

CB&I (Now)
I am currently working for CB&I as a Nuclear Professional
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector in the
fabrication of Westinghouse design AP-1000 modules for brand
new up and coming nuclear power plants V.C. Summer and
Vogtle. As QA/QC my job consists of Document Review, the
initiation, review, and working of Non Conformance Reports
and dispositions. Working in-process inspections and
scheduled inspections to applicable drawing, procedures, and
code. I am an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and also
certified Level II to SNT-TC1A to perform shearwave
ultrasonic, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing and
visual testing. Knowledge and experience working to AWS
D1.1, D1.6, and ASME Section III , B31.1, B31.3 and Epri
code and procedures.

UT
 I perform UT both Shearwave Volumetric Weld
Inspection and UT Thickness on complete joint penetration
welds and base metal repairs.
MT
 I perform Magnetic Particle Testing on partial
penetration and complete penetration welds.

PT
 I perform Dye Penetrant Testing on partial
penetration and complete penetration welds.

VT (AWS Certified Welding Inspector)
 I perform Visual Testing on stud welds, fillet
welds, partial joint penetration welds, complete joint
penetration welds, plug/slot welds, fit-up and fit-tack
inspection, welder surveillance and parameters, welder’s
qualifications, WPS and PQR review, in- process inspections,
Cleanliness inspections and witnessed mechanical and hydro
inspections.
RT
 I perform digital X-Ray using an X-ray tube and VMI
system for Digital Film Interpretation.

I also work directly with the Customer Quality
Representatives every day and have experience in serving the
customer service.
