DONE THE COMPLETE PROCESS ENGINEERING OF THE PLANT FOR THE COMPLETE AUTOMATION.
COMMISSIONED THE 85 M3 BATCH REACTOR IN JUNE 2002 TO ENHANCE THE CAPACITY SUCCESSFULLY USING THE SIEMENS PCS7 DCS (HAVING 150 I/OS).
COMMISSIONED THE MEMBRANE FILTER PRESSES IN MAY 2002 SUCCESSFULLY USING THE TELEMECANIQUE PLC.

COMMISSIONED THE 85 M3 BATCH REACTOR IN JUNE 2001 TO ENHANCE THE CAPACITY SUCCESSFULLY USING THE DELTA V DCS OF FISHER ROSEMOUNT (HAVING 150 I/OS).
MODIFIED THE FURNACE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR GLASS FURNACE IN NOVEMBER 1999 SUCCESSFULLY USING HARDWIRE LOGIC.

ASSISTED FOR THE COMMISSIONING OF THE LDPE PLANT (ETHYLENE GAS PRODUCTION, TOPPING COLUMN & TAILING COLUMN) USING THE PLC FOR DIGITAL CONTROL AND PID CONTROLLER FOR THE ANALOG CONTROL.

WE HAVE COMPLETED THE TOTAL PLANT AUTOMATION OF INSILCO PATALGANGA PLANT AND I’M TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANT AUTOMATION (HAVING 1000 I/OS) FOR WHICH I’VE DONE THE PROCESS ENGINEERING JUST AFTER THE TAKEOVER WE ARE USING THE SIEMENS PCS7 DCS FOR THIS PROJECT (USING THE PCS7 DCS WE HAVE ALREADY COMMISSIONED THE 85 M3 BATCH REACTOR). THE PROJECT IS HAVING THE FIBRE COMMUNICATION NETWORK BETWEEN THE CONTROLLER & OPERATOR STATION.THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE CFC AS WELL AS SFC TO CONTROL THE BATCH REACTOR AND PLANT. I’M RESPONSIBLE FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING GRAPHIC DEV, HARDWARE WIRING, LOOP TESTING UP TO THE FIELD INSTT AND MCC & COMPLETE COMMISSIONING OF THE SYSTEMS.
MYSELF LEADING A TEAM OF ONE JR ENGINEER AND NINE TECHNICIANS TO HANDLE THE PROJECT AS WELL AS THE R/M WORK.

 Worked independently on Siemens PCS7 system for complete plant automation & commissioned the same for 85 m3 reactor batch and complete plant automation.
 Software & Graphic Development for the DCS & PLC right from the scratch to commissioning.
 Got training of PCS7 in SIEMENS (India) for PCS7 DCS.
 Regular maintenance of the field Instt used in process industry.
 Well acquainted with the FIX 32 (Intellution) SCADA Software.

 Ranging, Configuring & Calibration of Yokogawa, Eurotherm, PID controllers, Transmitters as per the plant requirement, control configuration.
 Well versed with HART/BRAIN type smart transmitter & configuring it with HART/ BRAIN Communicator.
 System configuring of safety interlock. Alarms in SCADA using ladder logic. Programming of control loops using SFC (Sequence function chart) & CFC (control function chart) in DCS. Point Building using display builder & quick builder in SCADA. Addressing Analog, Digital I/O Cards.
