Electronics Assembly
PFSA's electronics assembly group are experts in surface mount technology
(SMT). We offer world-class equipment and solutions for printed circuit board
manufacturing including component placement, chip on board, pin through
hole, screen printing, inspection, dispense technologies and more. Products
include: NPM,CM602, CM402, CM101, BM123/133, BM221, BM231, and others.

Arc Welding Robotics
In North America Panasonic welding products are distributed exclusively

Micro Electronics
PFSA's microelectronics group offers an entire suite of back-end packaging
solutions for system on package (SOP), package on package (POP), 3D package,
flip chip, dispense and chip on board processes. Additional technologies
offered involve die mounting, die attach, die bonding, plasma cleaning, plasma
etching, metrology, wire bonding and micro- machining. Products include:
