Position Description:
Inspect metallic detail parts, composite and metal bonded assemblies for compliance with critical requirements using penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic inspection techniques. Perform duties associated with the non-destructive testing and inspection of ferrous and non-ferrous raw stock details and brazed assemblies, materials, parts and weldments by analyzinig radiographs and setting up electrical or electronic and magnetic test equipment, fluorescent penetrant, ultrasonic equipment and precision measuring instruments.
Skills & Qualifications: Must meet minimum vision requirements. Experience in multiple nondestructive testing methods required in ultrasonic and radiography or penetrant inspection. Shall have nondestructive testing experience and classroom training to meet the Level I minimum requirements of NAS 410 (Classroom Training: PT - 16 hrs, UT - 40 hrs, RT - 40 hrs; Experience: PT - 130 hrs, UT - 400 hrs, RT - 400 hrs)

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
