Located in Eastern MI, this large automotive component manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager / Business Unit Manager with strong product development skills for its high volume facility utilizing screw machines and CNC equipment. To be considered, your qualifications must include full P&L responsibilities, budgeting, engineering, quality, and production management experience. You will oversee several product lines, and be involved with working with customers on product development from conception through completion. You must also have prior experience as a Business Unit Manager or Plant Manager over multiple product lines, and have a Degree; 4 year minimum, required. A STRONG engineering and process development background on screw machines is greatly desired! This company is offering an excellent wage and benefits package, along with full relocation assistance.
