US Operations NDT Manager
Assume technical responsibility for the NDT facilities. Manage the US Operations NDT technicians, lead technical advances to include digital, standardize best practices between plants, and in charge of hiring, training and certification.
Will also develops and manages team overhead budget; development, communication and execution of strategies and metrics; ensures appropriate resource allocation of skills base across programs; and provides coaching and mentoring for career development and advancement of team members.
Provide leadership and technical direction to technical personnel; interface with senior management and customers regarding NDT processes, methodologies and criteria.
Effectively communicates NDT specifications, processes, and procedures in support of audits.
Introduce and directs new technical development strategies.
