Heavy Industrial Contractor has an opening for an
experienced ACCP Level II RT Technician for our Winterville,
NC office. Applicants must be experienced in industrial
radiographic inspection using Iridium 192 and Cobalt 60 and
possess a minimum Level II qualification. Experience and/or
Certifications in UT shear wave and/or phased array,
magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing a plus but
not required. ACCP certification is preferred but Corporate
certification may be considered.

The primary duties will include providing In-shop
radiographic services, film developing, interpreting
radiographic film of welds, adjusting to RT techniques as
needed for a wide variety of vessel shapes, following all
radiation safety requirements for NDE and source operations.
Insure all required paperwork is complete and up to date for
shots taken and for radiation safety. Possible field shots
may need to be taken which will involve travel. Climbing,
entering and exiting steel vessels, working indoors and out
may all occur.

Regular random drug screening will occur for the person in
this position.

This is a full-time position paying $50,000 - $70,000/yr. A
pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
