The Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for the entry and management of data contained within the client’s inspection & maintenance data management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
-Enter inspection or maintenance-related data into commercial or proprietary data management systems. -Occasional investigation, analysis, and reconciliation of data anomalies originating from various sources of data, such as Visual Inspections, Corrosion Monitoring, Inspection Recommendations, Reference Documents, Equipment Drawings, PRV’s, Work Orders, Reporting, Call Files/Break-ins, and other related sources of data. -Conduct and control all safety matters in accordance with current client and company policies and procedures. -Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Work Demands (if applicable):
-Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. -Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. -Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Skills:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. -Minimum of three years' experience in the petrochemical industry or related industry preferred. -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook). -Type a minimum of 45WPM on QWERTY and 10-key. -Experience working with Meridium, PCMS, UltraPIPE, Maximo, SAP, AutoCAD, or related software highly desired. -Experience working with ACET, Capstone RBMI, Credosoft, Metegrity Visions, PSAIM, etc., will be considered. -Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Integrity best practices and API Standards (e.g. API 510, 570/571, 653, 580/581, etc) highly desired. -Must be able to represent QualSpec professionally and have the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. -Must be able to initiate and build relationships with peers and key individuals in other organizations to facilitate teamwork. -Must be organized, accurate and punctual.
