MISTRAS Group is seeking a Timekeeper for a contract
position at our Pasadena, TX location!

• Local candidates only please.
• Turnaround
• Available ASAP

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have prior experience with TRACK system
• Prior experience with timekeeping
• Experience with working turnarounds/shift work

Responsibilities:
• Gather timesheets daily from employees.
• Audit timesheets and make any needed corrections
for billing.
• Allocate time/Per-Diem in TRACK daily by 10am.
• Create exception forms and have them approved if
needed.
• Enter time/equipment/Per- Diem onto an Excel
spreadsheet.
• Email Excel spreadsheet daily by 11AM for
billing.
• Follow required procedures for having time
approved in TRACK.
• Send final reports for invoicing once all items
are in and have been authorized.
• Others as needed.
