Turner Specialty Services is looking for a person to serve as Area manager of our Corpus Christi, Texas office. Candidates must be of the highest integrity. Responsibilities include managing the day-to day operations of the office by scheduling technicians and equipment to meet the requirements of the jobs. Duties also include meeting with current and future clients to insure we are meeting their expectations and find new opportunities to grow our business. Manager will be expected to cover jobs on occasion, if necessary to meet customer needs. Other responsibilities include maintaining a base of trained and efficient employees, manage daily activities and costs, manage equipment and supplies, and respond to customer calls in a timely manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of management experience in the nondestructive testing (NDT) or related field
• Ability to certify as an RT, MT, PT Level II minimum
• Strong knowledge of nondestructive testing.
• Strong communication skills to promote good team
environment
• Sales and/or marketing experience a plus
