POSITION SUMMARY: Mistras Group, Inc. is seeking fulltime Predictive Maintenance Specialist to work on a fulltime basis in the Heath, OH area! The Predictive Maintenance Specialist (PdM) will be responsible for implementation and of equipment maintenance strategies for critical equipment. Candidate will be working closely with site maintenance resources to accomplish implementation. Reviews developed equipment maintenance strategies for equipment types and applies the strategy to defined critical equipment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Identification and implementation of predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventative maintenance (PM) programs as per the strategy.
• Routine Vibration, Thermography, Oil Analysis, specifically database construction, data collection, analysis, and report generation.
• Supervise Mistras PdM specialists.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 2 or greater Vibration Certification, Level 1 or greater Thermography Certification, Certification or knowledge of Oil Analysis.
• Certified in at least 2 PdM Technologies. (example: Vibration, Oil Analysis, Thermography, etc…)
• Team player able to work effectively with other disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with fast-faced paced work environment.
• Quick learner and self motivated.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

• Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Not afraid of heights. Need to be able to climb (example) Agitators.
