SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Acuren Inspection is currently seeking a Turnaround
Planner/Scheduler for a long term project for client site
located within the Pasadena, TX area.

Internal job code # 3458

Expected to run through the end of the year 2015.

Position will be responsible for maintaining Turnaround
schedules of equipment and personnel. The objective is to
provide further efficiency improvements to the RFD
process.

Position will operate out of a local site within the
Pasadena, TX area; however frequent trips may be required
to the La Porte TX office.

FUNCTIONS:
• The equipment required will be agreed on by both the
customer and Acuren.
• If additional equipment is required due to availability
of track time or weather conditions both parties will
agree on needs to complete task required.
• If downtime occurs the scheduler will manage back up
fleet for replacement equipment to be in place within 48
hours of breakdown.
• If both parties cannot agree on additional equipment to
maintain frequencies based on model the CN will hold all
risk.
• A scheduler will review historical data to make sure
vehicle counts meet the needs of the risk based
frequencies.
• As new technology such as Combo and Combo plus come on
board the scheduler will work with the customer to adjust
vehicle needs.
• A scheduler will also work on analysis of service
failures and suggest to the customer of any trends that
may increase risk.
• The scheduler will review daily reports for error and
omissions if required.
• Reporting errors found by Acuren or the customer will
be pursued and corrected by the scheduler.
• At the end of the shift a production report agreed on
by both parties will be submitted.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 3-6 years of logistics experience
• Skills/Qualifications: An individual with a scheduling
background will work with our customers to maintain the
frequencies provided by that customer. read and interpret
documents and metrics. Proficiency with basic office
computer software.
• Skills/Competencies: Communicate effectively; work in a
team environment or independently when needed. Ability to
champion and influence initiatives.
