Continental Testing & Engineering has an excellent full-time opportunity available for a Level II Nondestructive Testing Technician in Tempe, Arizona. Candidates must have a minimum qualification of Level II certification in radiography, a current IRRSP card, and two or more years work related experience in commercial and/or industrial construction industries. Candidate must be knowledgeable with applicable industry standards specifications and API, ASME and AWWA codes and procedures. Candidate must be willing to travel for assignments. Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time, bend, climb, stretch, reach, squat and twist. Must also be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes. Level II Certificates in PT, MT, UT, and VT are not required, but desirable. Good communication skills, report writing and the ability to work in a team atmosphere is a must as well as providing a clean motor vehicle record, passing a pre-employment drug screen and an acceptable criminal background check.
