We are seeking a Sales / Business Development Professional to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Visit Customers, Attend Trade Shows (some travel).
Knowledgeable in logistics, shipping ~ import/export, equipment handling, SDS
Market Research and record in concise manner to server & Sales Manager as soon as possible
Contract Administration: Raise rentals/sales quotes, interact with customer base, timely quote follow-ups
Liaise with Department Heads on weekly basis for Operations Meetings.
Qualifications:
NDT Knowledge Helpful. Familiar with NDT equipment and inspection applications (EC/ACFM/UT/PAUT/RVI/MPI) etc... and methodologies especially MPI Consumable Products
Must be open to learning new technologies and their applications in the NDT & Offshore Survey Markets
IT proficient/savvy: W10/M365 Apps (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook et al)/Dropbox, CRMs,
Better than average Social Media knowledge particularly pertaining to company marketing of Inc.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Self-Motivated with Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented.
