Acuren is searching for an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access technician to support our Rope Access Team in LaPorte, TX.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplined team of technicians and
trades people, as well as providing a consistent work schedule. You will be required to relocate to the LaPorte Area.

Job Description/Qualifications:

The IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Tech is responsible to successfully coordinate and execute all
company service delivery requirements as they pertain to the LaPorte office including overseeing the
planning, implementation, and completion of specific project(s) for the Rope Access team. Responsibilities
will include working with the client(s), managing the scope of work on specific projects, coaching and
supervision of employees on the project, as well as supporting communication between the company,
clients and employees. The Level 3 will be accountable for the overall safety of the work environment for the crew, including ensuring compliance with Acuren, client, OSHA, and other applicable standards.

What you will bring:
As the successful applicant, you will hold a Level 3 IRATA certification and bring a minimum of 3 years of
experience in that capacity. Field level supervisory experience is required. You will have demonstrated
ability to effectively supervise people in a service industry; a deep understanding of our industry, industrial
environments, or client business; proficiency in computer and Microsoft programs; and excellent
interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Any additional NDT or Trade certifications would be
an asset for this role. Successful applicants must be living in or be prepared to relocate to the LaPorte
area.
