Stanley Inspection LLC (SI) is currently accepting applications for RT Level II Technicians to join our team for contract projects throughout the US. Field experience in Pipeline & Fabrication Radiography is required.
Skills:
Responsibilities
•Actively participate in SI and Client safety training
and programs
•Set up and use nondestructive testing equipment
•Technician will be performing calibrations, non-
destructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or
rejection determination according to written
instructions and record results.
•The RT Level II Technician may be responsible for on-
the-job training and guidance of Trainees and RT
Assistants.
•The Level II must be capable of interpreting welds made
from various processes according to but not limited to,
ASME, ANSI, API, and AWS codes.
•The Level II Technician will organize and report results
of Inspections.
•Responsible for control of the radiation area
•Interpret Radiographs
•Perform other job related tasks as assigned by
management

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing,
pulling, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, visual
acuity, accommodation and color vision
• Moving, carrying, lifting, objects in excess of 75 lbs
• Climbing and working off of ladders, stairs, and
scaffolding and in Ditches
• Working extended hours and standing for extended
periods of time
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments in conditions
of extreme heat and cold
• Work in and near industrial hazards.

Must Have Certification / Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•40 Hour Radiation Safety Course & Certificate
•Certified Level I and Level II Training Certificates and
Previous Level II RT Experience.
•Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
•Current State or IRRSP Card (Both Gamma & X-ray
Preferred, minimum Gamma) – No exceptions
•Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
•Ability to pass Drug Screen for DOT work
•Submit to Background Check

Desired Optional Training / Certification
•Certified Level I and Level II Training Certificates and
Previous Level II Experience in MT, PT, & UT
disciplines.
•First Aid CPR
•TWIC Card
•OSHA – Construction Safety 10 Hour Certificate
•X-ray Crawler Training for Pipeline Girth Weld
inspection
•NCCER OQ Certification
