• Sales efforts for maximum business growth.
• Telemarketing and cold calling to reach target customers.
• Establish relationships with customers for business growth.
• Maintain a detailed call report of prospect and existing customers.
• Maintain equipment inventory by verifying asset management software (FLEX) and modifying activity logs (shipping & receiving) as needed.
• Process all equipment orders in and out by verifying that equipment is working properly, clean and completing all required documentation for each rental. Upon return, equipment is to be inspected immediately for any missing or damaged equipment and properly logged and received in.
• Ship and receive equipment as necessary by use of Will Call, FedEx, Purolator, or other shipping companies as needed.




• Answer phones and assist customer requests (order processing, order entry and routing customer calls to the appropriate department.
• Provides technical support to clients by troubleshooting equipment problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective action.
• Maintain and organize work station and shop area.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading equipment manuals and applying book knowledge to hands on experience.
• Work shift will be between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Additional time may be required based on customer needs.
Skills:
Strong sales abilities a must. An ability to prospect opportunities with existing and new customers to offer our suite of products, sales and rental of NDT, RVI and UAS offerings. A technical/mechanical aptitude for the purpose of problem solving is a requirement. Electronic testing and trouble shooting skills, phone skills, customer service, quality focused, PC proficiency, strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be expected. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to gain knowledge for the Non Destructive Testing, Remote Visual Inspection and Environmental marketplace. A willingness and ability to work unsupervised and take initiative to be “Best in Class” would be expected.
