We are currently seeking a fulltime API 510 / 653 Resident Inspector for our client site in Oglethorpe, GA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations
• Alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns
• Candidate will perform internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of the fixed equipment of varied off shore assets
• Candidate should be detail orientated and be capable of recommending and approving repairs as well as performing visual inspection of completed work
• Completes customer and company job related forms and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with customers (excellent written and verbal communication skills required)
• Complete all required training, including tests, within ATS guidelines
• Learns all company products and services that are available to our customers
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• 0-2 years’ experience as an API Inspector 510 and/or 653 Inspector
• NDT certifications preferred but not required
• Applicants must complete a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ex-military personnel are encouraged to apply
• MT/UTT/ VT certifications preferred
• Knowledge of ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, liquid penetrant testing, nondestructive testing, nondestructive inspection required
Work conditions :
Work Environment Candidate must be capable of climbing, working at high elevations and working in confined spaces. Flexible work schedule.
