Applied Technical Services Inc. We are currently looking for qualified Level II Radiographers to help support our operations in Greenville, SC office. Must be familiar with Gamma & X-Ray tube, radiography in accordance with the ASME codes. Must also be Level II in PT, MT, and UTT.

Responsibilities:

◾Perform Radiography primarily on piping and boilers.

◾Conduct Radiographic tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects)
◾Control the radiation area.
◾Participate in ATS and Client safety programs
◾Travel to customers industrial or construction work sites
◾Complete reports and documentation as required.
◾Set up, calibrate and utilize nondestructive testing equipment
◾Interpret radiographs
◾Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management

Skills:
◾NDT Level II RT Certification.
◾State Card or IRRSP Card required.
◾Must be willing and able to work at heights, confined spaces, outdoors and in labs, manufacturing and industrial sites.
◾Must be willing and able to travel, work odd hours, work over time, work varying hours and a varying schedule.
◾Must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
◾Must be drug free and have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.


Education and Experience:
◾High School Diploma or equivalent
◾Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
◾Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
◾Knowledge of NDT equipment
