General Guideline of Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:

Sales
• Contract Administration: Raise rentals/sales quotes, interact with customer base, timely quote follow-ups
• Liaise with Department Heads on daily basis for Operations Meetings.
• MPI Consumable Product Sales
• Recommend new technologies for the growth of rental fleet
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
• Manage CRM Database • Manage/ Monitor equipment availability between projects.
• Close and follow up on open opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Arrange logistics, shipping ~ import/export, equipment handling, SDS


Marketing

• Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
• Visit Customers, Attend Trade Shows & Industry Events (some travel).
• Follow ups from Trade Shows & Industry Events
• Market Research and record in concise manner
• Generate & Manage Marketing Strategy Matrix
• Update Social Media announcements Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, NDT.org.
• Manage Marketing Materials, Flyers, Promo Items, Trade Show Booth

Skills:
Knowledge of NDT Market and Equipment
Computer Skills MS Office
Evident Ultrasonic Inspection Equipment
