Our client is a world leader in the production of titanium for the aerospace, military, and oil and gas industries.

We are seeking qualified UT Immersion Technicians to help support our client's operations out of Toronto, Ohio. Candidates will be tasked with ultrasonically testing rectangular plate, block, or forged billet Titanium using various OEM equipment. This testing equipment will include automatic scanning equipment with both A-scan and C-scan.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Will be expected to test using more than one piece of equipment; using a single element transducer or a multi array transducer to complete the job function.
Will be tasked with calibration set-ups, attenuation comparison, testing of the material and post calibration checks along with the acceptance/rejection of the material.
Submit reports to the Quality Department for review.

Applicants must be able to provide the following QA documents:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proof of classroom hours/training
Previous Level II certifications

Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years experience in Ultrasonic immersion inspection
NDT Level II UT
NAS-410 is preferred but NOT required
Ability to use applicable software and computer related equipment
High Mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Excellent work ethic and dependable
