Dynetics Technical Solutions, Inc. (DTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynetics, Inc., is seeking a new member for our team to serve as an NDE Level 3 Specialist. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

This role is for a hands-on person with great attention to detail and excellent people skills.
This is a full-time position in Huntsville, AL initially and requires intermittent travel to our many facilities within a 30 mile radius.
Development and qualification of nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques and procedures in support of manufacturing process development, engineering evaluations, fracture analysis, testing (development, qualification and acceptance) and manufacturing of various aerospace and Defense hardware components.
Interpretation of industrial and customer NDT documentation for implementation and inclusion into Dynetics Technical Solutions procedures, techniques and work instructions.
Performance of nondestructive evaluations on aerospace and Defense hardware in support of various Dynetics Enterprise projects.
Consultation on projects to enhance Dynetics Enterprise NDE technologies, including research, equipment procurement, and multi-division collaboration.
Completion of tasks in support of various Dynetics Enterprise projects.
Ability to represent Dynetics Technical Solutions NDE in customer NDE audits.
Aptitude to provide direction and instruction to Level 2 personnel.
Strict adherence to detail and guidance defined by work instruction.
Able to take initiative to complete stand-alone work, and work as part of a team.
Demonstrated experience supporting new hardware development and new program startup operations
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Immediate certification to Level 3 by NAS 410 standards with a Minimum of 5 of years of experience in RT
