Summary: ATS is seeking long-term Level II UTS/MT/VT Techs in Alabama/Georgia. This project will likely run for 6+ months. Additional NDT certifications are a plus. 2 years of shearwave experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods of inspection
Conduct Tests with Ultrasonic Testing Equipment
Apply testing in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
Interpret, evaluate and document results through formal reports
Complete reports and documentation as required.
Must be computer literate and be able to write good reports.
Participate in ATS and Client safety programs
Travel to customers industrial or construction work sites
Must be able to work various shifts
Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

Certified or Certifiable to Level II in UTS-Shearwave, MT, & VT
Must be willing and able to work at heights, confined spaces, outdoors and in labs, manufacturing and industrial sites.
Must be willing and able to travel, work odd hours, work overtime, work varying hours and a varying schedule.
Must have good communication skills and be computer literate.
Must be drug free and have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
