SECU-CHEK, the technology leading German UV LED lamp manufacturer, grown from its roots in the fluorescent magnetic and penetrant testing process, presents at the ASNT annual conference the largest range worldwide on high qualified, high quality UV LED sources especially designed for NDT worldwide available.
SECU-CHEK offers optimized blacklights for all different applications. More than 25 different stationary lights and more than 50 models of handlamps, most of them emitting the SECU-CHEK own extreme uniform beam for real clear and non-tiring view.
The lamps are available as 'UV only' blacklights and optional with groundbreaking automatic white light dimming for enhanced evaluation of indications. Further integrated features like Adaption time signalization and electronic UV LED- and system health monitoring make inspection more secure and easy than ever before.
ASTM-E 3022 and Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 are baseline qualification for all UVE Floodlights that are also ready for upcoming requirements like ISO 3059 and Airbus AITM6-1001, what gives the customer maximum investment security. Also the handlamps, that can be battery operated, are compliant to Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and ASTM-E3022.
The lamps are completely designed, manufactured and qualified in Germany and widely used in standard and Aerospace industry as well as MRO (Engine overhaul).
