As per contract our company has doing C.W. piping, Coal Bunker, B.O.P fabrication and erection.
Fabrication.
Fit up inspection: Checking visual dimensions & alignments of pipe cells & and coal bunker cells.
Welding inspection: Undercut, crack (if any), lack of fusion, spatters, size of
welding of pipe after that make schedule for NDT test as per standard .
Sand blasting, Painting & Coating: Inspecting the sand blasting and coating of pipes & painting of bunker cells as per qualities norms. Then inspecting by the client till final certification.
Erection.
Fit up inspection: Checking visual dimensions & alignments of pipe cells.
Welding inspection: Undercut, crack (if any), lack of fusion, spatters, size of
welding of pipe after that make schedule for NDT test as per standard .
Painting & Coating: Inspecting the manual cleaning and coating of pipes as per qualities norms. Then inspecting by the client till final certification.
Other then doing documentation & QC related works like preparing FQP, WPS, PQR, WQT & qualifying the welders. Radiographic Film interpretation, Liquid Penetrant Test.

My duties and responsibility are checking pipeline and pipe spools as per isometric drawing. And also doing & checking of templates as per site conditions (Confine places), Inspecting the weld edge preparations, Set-Up as per norms (26 types of S/U configurations), Next sand the spool for welding, after receive the spool from welding shop I am Inspecting the weld visual as per norms then sand it for R.T.After R.T. clearance spool is gone for HPT (Water, Oil, Air,) depends upon system recruitment as per procedure, Then spool is handed over to client for painting. I am working on Titanium, cooper, S.S. & C.S materials (Pipe). Other than doing documentation.

ċ Kay Bee Sales & Services:
During service in Kay Bee Sales & Services I was engaged in field works of company. My duties and responsibilities are servicing refilling and monthly checking of fire extinguishers like DCP type, Water CO2 type, Foam type and soda acid type.
