verification, pre-weld inspection, pre-heating,
application of approved welding procedure, extent of
welder’s qualification, proper storage/handling of
welding consumables, in-process welding surveillance,
welders performance, rejection rate, PWHT, Hardness
testing, PMI and control of NDT to the appropriate line
class requirements.
• Control non-conforming work activities through
the implementation of the non-conformance control
procedure. If occurs, initiating logbook entries in
ARAMCO QMIS (Quality Management Information System) as
violation, proactive notification, General comments. It
is helping to initiate NCR by Supervisor and preparing
discrepancy reports, site inspection reports, and site
instruction reports on structural, pipe work fabrication
and installation.
• Monitor sub-contractor to ensure resolution of
NCR / CAR’s in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the close-out of the field
discrepancy& non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Resolutions & Technical advices to the technical
queries (TQ) by the sub-contractors.
• Coordinates and schedules the quality inspection
and testing with Construction Team through RFI.

equipment, establishes proper calibration parameters for
these items.

testing personnel regarding quality matters.

• Review of contractor’s WPS / PQR prior to start
of welding activities & Punch list meeting with client to
resolve construction issues.
• Co-ordination with pipe stress Analyst such as
piping stress calculation at different conditions
connecting with corresponding equipment’s & discuss with
client.
• Responsible for review the designed Special Pipe
supports, Standard Pipe Supports, Steel Structural
Supports and Modifications.
• Welding surveillance prior to inspect the joint
preparation, joint configuration and cleanliness. Verify
use of pre-heat as specified and the use of approved
welding procedure specification. Visual examination of
root passes for proper procedure. Ensure that welders use
assigned identification stamps.
• Witnessing Non-destructive examinations, Verify
test results of all NDT documents, reviewing radiographic
films.
• Reviewing Line history sheet and ensure that all
required NDE examination shall be performed prior to
final system hydro testing unless otherwise specified by
engineering.

documents.
• Inspecting the incoming materials for damages,
dimensions and corrosions and ensure that MTC is
