Implemented an aircraft NDT inspection system for Raytheon Aerospace. Managed the day to day. inspection of 57 Beech 1900 aircraft and components with a staff of 8 inspectors. Methods included VT, MT, PT, UT and ET which where utilized during on-call and overhaul inspections. Conducted NDT training and certification in accordance with ASNT TC-1A. Proficient computer skills in programs: MS Word, Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Tool Calibration (Harrington Group). Excellent skills in preparing aircraft damage reports for bird strikes, deer strikes, corrosion damage, wing placement (dihedral & incidence) wing spar (cold expansion) and cracking.
