ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support field sales by providing technical assistance, delivering chemicals and hooking up equipment.

Performed varieties of inspections on production quality, to determine if the client requirements are being achieved on the following assignments;

FMC – To witness the production stab seal qualification test (Hot hold/Cold hold test) in compliance with API 6A PR2 test procedure.

Valve Technologies – Monitored the in-process activity, coating and final packaging of ball valve. Witnessed the positive material identification on valve assembly parts such as; ball, upstream seat, gland and Belleville spring.

Technip Umbilical’s – Monitored the in-process activity for tie-in welds between UTA static fore end and static AFT end into umbilical tubes. Witnessed the methodology for cleaning-passivation of SD, Duplex & SS tubes.

Extreme Fab- Witness Welding start-up and review all Welding records.5. Witnessed PR 2 Performance Tests on (1) 2" 15,000psi API Gate Valve in accordance API 6A. 6. Witnessed testing to qualify the HPHT Production Stab Annulus Seal P1000149227/A from the gallery side in Qualification Fixture P1000142054/B for 20,000psi rated working pressure over a temperature range of 0oF to 350oF. Testing included Cold Hold Test in accordance with the applicable code API 6A PR2 Test Procedure.

GE Oil and Gas- To Monitor an Assembly Inspection for a 60K-11 A/B Booster & 60K-40 A/B Residue Gas Compressors.

Patton Myhre- Witnessed Hydrostatic and Air testing on the Shell and Seats of the 12" 600 Class Ball valve SN15161013006 / Tag# V430302 in accordance with ANSI/API Specification 6D, 23rd edition. Witness hydrostatic testing on High pressure Nimway 710 Connector.

Hunting Energy Services- Witness hydro testing on X-Over and Compound WLV assemblies in accordance with API 6A - Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment. Review Documentation on Flange X-Over in accordance with API Spec. 6A PSL 3.

T-Rex- Surveillance for fabrication and welding on 4 PLET structures

National Oilwell Varco- Reviewed the MTR’s for the Blow out preventer.
