Inspection Experience with –Blast Bench, Inspected post blasted pipe looking for any flaws. Final Bench, performed full inspection of coated pipe, reported any flaws. Load out, performed inspection of pipe being loaded onto rail cars and trucks. Coating walk through, performed various tasks including the documenting of powder and batch numbers, Post Blast temperatures on pipe, facility dew point, ambient temperature and relative humidity, conducted anchor profile test, gathered the line speed, also to include touch and quench speed, recoded the type of blast material as well as wheelabrator amps, final pipe temperature and conducted calibration of Holiday Detector as well as Mill Gauge. Final Bench, performed full inspection of steel pipe .executed and recorded final dimensions of pipe including OD diameter, wall thickness, end straightness, camber of pipe, ovality of pipe, Gauss measurement , bevel degree and I/D and O/D flush off length and integrity.
