PAINTING INSPECTION
 QA / QC services to all aspects of the coatings and insulation program which included Gas Pipeline Coatings, Internal and External coating of Pipe work/ Storage Tanks ,Structural steel / Vessel & Equipment Painting, Insulation, Chemical Treatment, Underground Coating, Heat Resistant coating.
 Conduct test & qualification for Abrasive Blasters & Spray Painters.
 Giving instruction and training about pre-cleaning of surface for removal of heavy deposits like oil, grease, cutting compound, dirt Etc.
 Review of data, assessment of internal and external environment corrosion and the preparation of reports for chemical treatment, corrosion monitoring and corrosion management.
 Surface grade inspection to identify initial rust grade condition of steel as per BS/SSPC standards.
 Testing of chloride content in abrasive (Garnet)
 Surface preparation inspection as per blasting standards SA2 ½, and tool cleaning standards ST2, ST3 etc. Inspect pre-cleaning or solvent cleaning of surface, Measure compressed air pressure, Inspect degree of cleanliness, surface profile, assess soluble salt contamination on blast-cleaned surface, inspect coating material storage conditions, and monitor thinning, mixing, induction time and pot life, Adhesion test of coating applied. Monitor re-coating and final curing schedules, Identification of defects and implementation of repair procedure.
 Testing of blast cleaned surfaces for the presence of various soluble salts.
 Inspection and monitoring of site painting activities which involve a comprehensive range of materials and paint systems like Zinc Primers, M.I.O., Silicon Two Pack Epoxy, Coal Tar Epoxy, Fusion Bonded Epoxy, Coal tar Enamel, Bituminous, Glass Flake ,Phenolic Epoxy.

 Identifying the system to be applied, method and grade of surface preparation required ,method of application, measuring and recording parameters like ambient temperature ,surface temperature, relative humidity, dew point etc., inspection using tools like profile gauge, press-o-film (Testex Tape) and dial gauge, whirling hygrometer, steel temperature gauge, WFT gauge, DFT gauge, adhesion tester, holiday detector Etc. and approval with clients.
 Compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and test plan till end of the job for a retention period. Maintain calibration records for inspection measuring and test Equipment’s used in the project.
 Reviewing procedures, and being conversant with International Standards for requirement.
 Corrosion Measurement using ER and LPR meters.


WELDING INSPECTION

 Preparation of measurement plans for receipt inspection of pipes, bending of pipes,
WEP, fit-up inspection, weld visual inspection, hydro and pneumatic & static testing of pipe spool.
 Final dimension inspection followed by blasting and painting.
 Performing Line check and preparation of punch list as per Category A and B.
 After the line check punch list has been closed. Performing final Reinstatement for pipeline, Witness of flange joints &inspection offered with clients.
 Performing inspection for pipe cleaning .Like Water Flushing, Hydro jetting, Pickling passivation, Hot-oil flushing, Dis infection by Hades Solution, blow off with nitrogen.
 Interpretation of drawings.
 Conducting performance tests for welders (WPQ)
 Documentation of results test and compilation of consolidated test reports prior to
Hydro test clearance.
 Analyzing causes for defects and organizing repair works based on NDT & Witness of different type of NDT activities by sub-contractor.
