· Preparation of “R” Stamp documentation for NBIC Inspector signoff.

· Monitor contractors for compliance to company QC Manuals, Quality Plans, contract and project specifications.


· Supervise/coordinate inspection and test data entries and documentation for erection and commissioning activities.
· Prepare, qualify and review welding procedures for code and project compliance and welder qualifications.
· Drawing and document review, research and verification of details, base and filler metals.
· Hands on inspections, mapping and documentation of pressure piping and structural welds.
· Site Quality Engineer performing documented surveillance’s, audits and implementation of Site Quality Plan.
· Research and verification of project specifications, code compliance, standards and materials.
· Assure environmental compliance of hazardous waste management by identifying, monitoring and proper disposal.

9/15/03 – 10/20/03: POWERPLANT MAINTENANCE SPECIALISTS, Inc. - Muskogee Unit #4 as QC Welding Inspector for Economizer Replacement, Soot Blower and Boiler Access modifications with other associated work scope. Preparation of “R” Stamp documentation for NBIC Inspector signoff.
3/30/03 - 5/16/03: FYI Plant Services - Southern California Edison as AWS/CWI during 2003 Spring Outage monitoring outage activities and performing visual weld inspections of Rear Reheat assemblies replacement and other associated boiler areas.

6/15/00 - 4/6/01: CDI Corporation - SIEMENS Westinghouse at Great River Energy Pleasant Valley Project near Rochester, MN. as Site Quality Engineer. Erection of two 160 megawatt each V84.3A Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Generators. Performed Site QE duties monitoring contractor for compliance to QC Manual, Quality Plans, inspections, testing and adherence to project specifications, etc.
5/01/00 - 5/30/00: Powerplant Maintenance Specialists Inc. - QC/Welding Inspector during scheduled power boiler overhaul outage at Public Service Company of Oklahoma Northeastern Station Unit-3 in Oologah, OK. Prepared Boiler “R” Stamp documentation for A.I. review and signoff.
11/98 - 4/00: Power Industry Consultants - SIEMENS Power Corporation Fossil Division as Site Quality Engineer during Phase II erection of Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant consisting of two V84.3A gas turbines with heat recovery boilers providing steam for an additional steam turbine generator at Bridgeport Harbor Generator Station in Bridgeport, CT. Monitored site contractors for QC Manual compliance, inspection/testing for code and specification compliance. Supervised data and document ECC completion with extended assignment for supervision of detailed completion of construction and closeout of punchlist and warranty activities.
5/97 - 10/98: Western Technologies & Allied Inspection & Testing - Parsons Infrastructure and Technologies Group performing daily weld inspections and witness/monitor of contractor during construction of Southern Nevada Water Authorities expansion projects 110-H, 110-M, 110-G, 110-L, 070A and 120-BR.
