If you have a need for high temperature thickness measurement, you may want to check out our Ultrasonic EMAT technology. EMAT Products

will show you a number of products available, but for a portable instrument for field work, the temate thickness gage will do the trick. Here is a link to the brochure (PDF File) Thickness gage
