NDE Engineering Openings
Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE), or Related Technical Discipline and current Level III certification(s) with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT). Multiple Level III certifications and experience with NDE
aerospace components preferred. Knowledge of automated inspections systems and advanced NDE systems are a plus. Responsibilities will include generating NDE technical documentation such as NDE standard technical practices, non-conformance dispositions for hardware problem resolution, work authorization documents for performance of NDE on flight and non-flight hardware. Responsibilities will also include analyzing and evaluating the results of NDE
inspections to ensure product compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, detailed inspection plans, and military specifications relative to discontinuity in metals, materials, or parts. Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as work alternately as a team member, or independent and without constant management supervision. Periodic domestic/foreign travel may be required. Must be able to obtain appropriate clearance.
