Inspect incoming product
Inspect out going product
Mentor employees work methods and process being used
Ongoing inspection of products being used
1st off inspection when required
Control of calibration tools
Off site inspection
Foremens duties when required
ISO
In house auditing as required by ISO
Generation of non-conformance
Follow on non-conformance
Coordinate policy and procedure changes with appropriate departments
Review policies and procedures in a timely basis to ensure they pertinent
Maintenance of ISO standards within company
Qualifications
Welding inspector currently certified to CSA
Standard W178.2 or AWS QC1, or shall be suitably experienced and trained to ensure that adequate competency exists for the inspection tasks to be performed
(In conjunction with shop Foreman)
