We currently have the following opportunity to join us:

QAE Manager

Manages all aspects of Adam's QS in Ogden, UT. Measures, improves and reports on System effectiveness. Ensures full compliance to FAA regulations. Designs process and quality improvements. Member MRB, design review, and Supplier Quality management processes. Staffs, trains and advances and skill levels of all Quality employees, from receiving thru final acceptance. Participates in site management roles. Monitors all business systems for compliance to requirements. Will lead on-site MRB support, SQA, design review, and process improvement. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with manufacturing and engineering disciplines as well as with our regulatory and product customers. BSME or Aerospace degrees. Other technical degrees may be considered if warranted by experience. Preference will be given to those with prior QAE, aircraft or composite manufacturing experience. Ideal candidate will be versed in modern Quality Assurance, lean manufacturing and SPC or Six Sigma techniques. Must have strong PC skills, including data base management and MS Office products.
