M&P Lab Supervisor
Responsible for management of M&P Lab. Report lab activities; maintain test results data. Generate test results reports/charts. Measure, improve and report on Quality System effectiveness. Ensure compliance to FAA regulations. Develop and enforce quality procedures for lab operations and interface with the rest of the company. Conduct material failure analysis. Develop company capability to run testing that is not currently done in house. Generate proposals for equipment acquisition to support new testing.

Materials Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience required. Other technical degrees may be considered if warranted by experience. Preference will be given to those with previous materials lab management experience. Must have experience in materials testing and analysis, and previous people and management skills. Must also have strong PC skills, including data base management and MS Office products. The successful candidate will interact, on a daily basis, with manufacturing and engineering disciplines.
