Title: Inspector
Reports To: Project Coordinator, Operation Manager
Division/Dept: General Services
Location: Dallas / Fort Worth area, TX
Responsibilities: Immediate need for pressure vessels / heat exchangers inspector to accommodate with Moody’s clients needs for the inspection services at such suppliers as Burgess Manning, Alco Products, Pressure Products, etc. , provide detailed reports on production / manufacture of the equipment, insure adherence to codes, standards, order specifications and conditions.
Qualifications: A. Education
CWI
B. Experience
Experience in inspection for pressurized equipment (minimum 5 years)
C. Professional Skills, Knowledge and Personal Qualities
Must be current AWS certified welding inspector, knowledgeable of specific codes and standards pertinent to welding and pressure vessel manufacture, must be able to read drawings, prepare and keep records, prepare detailed reports and make responsible judgments.
