NVI, LLC is looking to hire a full time PMI operator with a Jr. level of Metallurgical experience. . Must be certified in Optical Emission Spectrometer (SpectoPort CCD) and X-Ray fluorescent (Niton). This position is full time and offers the opportunity to make over 40 hrs per week in overtime. The position is in the Lafayette, La. area. NVI may consider assistance in relocation depending on candidates experience. Candidate must be familiar with operations and maintenance of the SpectroPort CCD units as well as the Nition equipment. Must be able to supervise two other Jr. Level PMI technicians. Must be certified and will be required to perform PT. Also, any other certifications such as RT Level I or II and UT Level II is an added benefit and would increase compensation.
