A well known distributor of premier CNC machine tools is expanding their New England operations. We are searching for highly skilled candidates with a strong technical background with swiss CNC lathes. We are searching for candidates with very strong swiss CNC programming, tool selection and set up skills. This position will focus on developing the entire process from a customers print. Candidates should have the ability to determine the cycletime, program and tooling package, follow out to the shop floor and set up the machine. Strong communication skills and the ability to train customers is also required. Interested candidates must have direct experience on one of the following, Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Tornos Deco, Nomura, KSI or Myer swiss lathes. This position is perfect for candidates that do not want to stand in front of the same machine all day or want more of a challenge than the daily grind of running production. Some travel is required. This position will involve training of customers, installation and troubleshooting. Our client offers great benefits in an environment that never gets boring.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up, programming, and tooling swiss type cnc lathes.
