Growing company expanding their “state of the art” facility with new machine tools.

Our client is searching for a solid CNC MACHINIST with leadership skills to direct the operations of a CNC manufacturing cell. This CELL LEADER with manage a small group of machinists and machine operators. Knowledge of cutting tools, fixturing, programming, editing, off sets, machine set ups and the ability to troubleshoot processes is a must. We are looking for candidates with 5 years plus of CNC machining centers or cnc flexible machining line set up and programming.

Interested candidates should have CNC mill, CNC machining center, VMC, HMC or any type of CNC machining systems experience. This position will focus on process improvements, machine efficiencies, up time, quality and problem solving. Strong leadership abilities or past supervision experience is also required.

This opportunity is within a non-union 150 employees high volume manufacturing facility. Candidates with a production machining background is strongly preferred. This client has many team members with 20 plus years of employment and offers a great work environment. MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and programming CNC machining centers, or mills or VMC or HMC and/or flexible CNC machining systems.
