As the Stationary Equipment Coordinator, you will lead efforts to improve the reliability of fixed equipment, including pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, and tanks. This role will include managing the reliability data and analyzing equipment reliability indicators, developing strategies and work processes for making equipment replacement decisions, lead in establishing inspection frequencies, and demonstrating/documenting cost saving initiatives and life cycle management.

Candidate must be current in any three (3) or more of the following:
API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector Certification
API 653 Atmospheric Storage Tank Inspector Certification
API 570 Process Piping Inspector Certification
AWS-CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
NACE (National Association for Corrosion Engineers).


Skills:
The Stationary Equipment Coordinator shall have the following knowledge:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed equipment reliability engineering in the refinery/petrochemical industry. Ability to read and approve WPS's and PQR's. Well versed in metallurgy, corrosion, welding, and failure analysis methods. Experience with piping, pressure vessels, tank and heat exchangers. Well versed in Quality Assurance/Control programs. Experience in RBI, RCFA & RCM preferred Basic Knowledge of CMMSP. Welding technical experience preferred. Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and ANSI codes applicable to construction, inspection, and repair of refinery fixed equipment. Well versed in pipefitting construction, welding, and inspection. Strong verbal & written communication skills including demonstrated procedure writing ability. Ability to work with and support other departments. Strong PC skills including MS Office, PowerPoint and other technical programs relevant to the discipline. The ability to read and understand applicable manufacturers manuals and drawings. Well versed in good engineering practices. Must have administrative skills and the ability to manage/supervise personnel.
