Materials/Metallurgical Field Technicians (#49166)
Need 5+ yrs. exp. in field implementation of life extension methods including tape replicas, molds, boat samples, hardness, microscopes & knowledge of failure analysis & material failure mechanisms.
Senior NDE Technicians (#49155)
Need 5+ yrs. exp. leading/directing NDE resources (including subcontractors). Knowledge of rotor boresonic, ultrasonic phased array & automated inspection systems as applied to power generation components, preferred.
Balance of Plant NDE Technician (#49168)
Need 5+ yrs. exp. leading/directing NDE resources (including subcontractors),organizing, planning & performing NDE inspections for BOP components.
POSITIONS ABOVE ALSO REQUIRE: AS degree in Materials or NDE, background in UT, ET, MT, VT & PT applications related to the inspection of turbine & generator components; travel to CT & ST sites. Strong computer skills; familiarity with ultrasonic flaw sizing techniques (TOFD, Tip Diffraction, IGSCC).
Metallurgical Engineer (#49159)
Need BS degree in Materials Science/Metallurgy; familiarity with fracture mechanics testing, stress analysis, materials behavior & component lifecycle; min. 5-8 yrs. exp. in the inspection of turbine generator components, customer & field exp.; electrical/mechanical/computer skills.
